My Story
My path wasn’t shaped only in classrooms - it was formed through lived experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to understanding both the human mind and heart.
Before I could guide others, I first had to walk through my own healing.
Before the age of 30, I built a successful international company. From the outside, it looked like an ideal life - yet internally, I was struggling in ways only a few people could see. Years of burnout, constant pressure and unhealthy relationship dynamics led to a slow collapse that eventually resulted in a stroke - a moment that forced me to stop and listen to what my body and inner world had been trying to communicate for a long time.
That experience changed how I live, work and define success.
Along the way, I healed from toxic relationships and codependent patterns that once shaped my sense of worth. I learned to find my own voice after years of survival, perfectionism and self-abandonment. I learned to slow down, to listen inward and to build a life that no longer required me to perform or push beyond myself.
Today, I live a life that feels grounded, peaceful and deeply fulfilling - and this inner stability is reflected in the success of my work and career.
What I’ve lived shows me that this way of living is possible - and that it already exists within you, waiting to be uncovered.

My work is grounded not only in lived experience, but in years of dedicated study, professional training and continuous education in psychology, trauma, human and spiritual development.
Over past decade, I have completed advanced certifications and trainings in psychology, neuroscience, trauma integration, and emotional healing through institutions such as Harvard University, Yale University and the Beck Institute, alongside, professional coaching trainings through the International Coaching Federation.
A central pillar of my work is trauma-informed practice. In May 2025, I began professional training under Dr. Gabor Maté, one of the world’s leading experts in trauma, addiction, and compassionate inquiry, together with Sat Dharam Kaur. This work has deeply shaped how I understand the nervous system, emotional patterns, and long-term impact of stress and trauma on our lives.
My ongoing education is informed by world-leading researches and clinicians, including Dr. Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), Dr. Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), Dr. Peter Levine (Somatic Experience), Dr. Daniel Siegel and Dr. Bessel Van der Kolk, among others who continue to shape the modern understanding of trauma, healing and human behavior.
I regularly attend international conferences and advanced trainings, including IMMH Conference (Integrative Medicine for Mental Health) and the Oxford Trauma Conference, ensuring my work stays grounded in current research, ethical practice and clinical insight.
This combination of rigorous education, professional training and lived understading allows me to work with depth, precision and responsibility - offering a space that is both compassionate and profesionally grounded.
